Pearland

Pearland has experienced huge growth in the past several years, bordering the west side of Friendswood all the way to Highway 288.  Pearland’s growth can be largely attributed to the construction of the 288 corridor which is a straight shot into Houston’s Medical Center.  This area also has plenty of rural land as well for those wanting a little more space but with convenient access in to Houston.
