Galveston

Islanders say that once you cross over the causeway into Galveston, you will never want to leave!  The island lifestyle is relaxed with plenty of opportunities for entertainment.  Downtown you will find small shops, art galleries, and eateries all within walking distance from each other.   Along the seawall are beaches, restaurants, shops, and Galveston’s “Pleasure Pier”.  If you really want to get away, you can travel a short distance to miles of beaches on the island’s west end.
